1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery .
- Custom or made-to-measure suits are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or Made-to-Measure Suits : These items are tailored specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold.
- Final Sale Items : Any item marked as “Final Sale” is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged or Altered Items : Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
6. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery . We will assess the issue and, if valid, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees associated with the return.
